To find the Dragon Ball that had once belonged to
his grandfather, Goku had set out on an adventure
once more and ended up in a contest for the
Dragon Balls with the infamous Red Ribbon Army.

After defeating Colonel Silver and General White,
Goku headed towards the location of the next
Dragon Ball, the ocean in the southeast area.
What he didn't know was that a new enemy,
General Blue, was waiting for him...
