Linking Partners & Dokkan Frontier Features

The last couple of days were a busy few! I got to implementing 2 new features for the site: character linking partners and Dokkan Frontier information.

I could explain in full depth what they are and how they work, but checking them out for yourself will probably do a lot better job at that!

Damage reduction rate 3% per STR Ki Sphere obtained (count starts from the 4th Ki Sphere)
