Linking Partners & Dokkan Frontier Features

The last couple of days were a busy few! I got to implementing 2 new features for the site: character linking partners and Dokkan Frontier information.

I could explain in full depth what they are and how they work, but checking them out for yourself will probably do a lot better job at that!

condition

Can be activated when HP is 66% or less with another 2 or more "Androids" Category allies on the team, or can be activated at any time when facing an enemy whose name includes "Cell" (characters such as Cell Jr. excluded) (once only).
