Regarding a Display Issue with Support Memories

Dear Players,

Thank you for your support of Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle.

The following issue has been found.

- Details
When you possess a boosted Support Memory and then
obtain a number of Support Memories that allow you to
complete the Support Memory again through mission or
event rewards, the following situations will occur:
- The level of the Support Memory will be displayed as 1
on the "Support Memory/Film" page, which can be
accessed through "Team Menu".
- On the "Select Support Memory" page in events,
the same Support Memory will be displayed
more than once and their levels will be shown as 1.

An error will occur if you use a Support Memory
with the display issue in events.

Should you encounter the above situations,
please restart the game to fix them.

This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the future,
and we will inform you about it through an in-game
announcement when this issue is resolved.
