Linking Partners & Dokkan Frontier Features

The last couple of days were a busy few! I got to implementing 2 new features for the site: character linking partners and Dokkan Frontier information.

I could explain in full depth what they are and how they work, but checking them out for yourself will probably do a lot better job at that!

* After the above event period ends, this event will
become available on Sun. 11/10 UTC and the STA required
to attempt the event will be halved. The required STA
will change back to the usual settings on Mon. 11/11 UTC.
