An issue with the following character's Passive Skills was found.

- Details
After the display of Passive Skill descriptions was updated
to a bullet point format, certain skill descriptions of the above
character were inconsistent with the descriptions prior to
the update.
* Only the skill descriptions were affected by this issue.
This issue has now been fixed.
