Due to changes to the verification mechanisms of Google
Play and the App Store, some players were unable to log in
{duration:1749535200,1749804780,D2,L}.
In response to this situation, we have temporarily adjusted
the verification process, which is scheduled to be restored
at a later date.
If your device falls under any of the following conditions,
you may not be able to log in to the game and will receive
messages such as "User authentication failed" or "An
unknown error has occurred".
- Google Play (Android) users
1. Devices that downloaded the app outside Google Play
Please proceed with data linking and then go to Google Play
to reinstall the game.
2. Devices that are not signed in to Google Play
Please sign in to Google Play again.
3. Devices that are outdated or not supported by Google
Please play the game with a device supported by Google.
- App Store (iOS) users
1. Devices with an older iOS version
Some issues may be caused by the operating system version.
We recommend updating to iOS 15 or later.
2. Network connection or device time settings
Please make sure your network connection is stable and that
"Set Automatically" is turned on in the "Date & Time" settings.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please refer to
the above instructions to check the status of your device
and the app as soon as possible.
Due to this login issue, the following actions will be taken.
- Applicable players
Players whose devices fall under any of the above conditions
and were unable to log in to the game after the maintenance
on Tue. 6/10 06:00 UTC until Fri. 6/13 08:53 UTC.
- Actions
- 1 Dragon Stone will be distributed.
- Any consecutive login record that was interrupted during
the period in which the issue occurred will be automatically
continued.
* Your Consecutive Login Bonus will not be affected
by this issue.
- Claim Period
Distributed sequentially starting from Wed. 7/9 07:00 UTC.
* The Dragon Stone will be sent directly to your Gift Box.
