- Situation 1
Players whose "Dokkan Festival Coin (Global)" and
"Carnival Coin (Global)" were automatically converted
into "Dokkan Festival Coin" and "Carnival Coin" when
they went to Baba's Shop between Mon. 8/18 15:00 UTC
and Tue. 8/19 05:30 UTC.

- Situation 2
Players who did not go to Baba's Shop and their "Dokkan
Festival Coin (Global)" and "Carnival Coin (Global)" were
not automatically converted between Mon. 8/18 15:00 UTC
and Tue. 8/19 05:30 UTC.

- Measures to be taken
- Players who fall under Situation 1
- Details
We will distribute a number of "Dokkan Festival Coin
(Global)" and "Carnival Coin (Global)" equal to the
number of Coins that were automatically converted.

- Date
During the maintenance on Thu. 8/21 01:00 UTC

- Players who fall under Situation 2
- Details
As an apology for this issue, we will distribute a number
of "Dokkan Festival Coin" and "Carnival Coin" based on
the number of "Dokkan Festival Coin (Global)" and "Carnival
Coin (Global)" owned by the player on Mon. 8/18 14:59 UTC.
*Please note that the Coins not claimed from your Gift Box
will not be counted.

Will be implemented as soon as the preparation is complete.

In addition, the availability period of the following sections
in Baba's Shop will be extended to Thu. 8/28 14:59 UTC
during the maintenance on Thu. 8/21 01:00 UTC.

Dear Players,

Thank you for your support of Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle.

The following issue was found.

- Details
The conversion of "Dokkan Festival Coin (Global)"
and "Carnival Coin (Global)" is scheduled to start
from Mon. 8/25 15:00 UTC. However, the Coins were
automatically converted into "Dokkan Festival Coin"
and "Carnival Coin" respectively when players went
to Baba's Shop {duration:1755529200,1755581400,DT2,L}.

To address this issue, measures were implemented on
Tue. 8/19 05:30 UTC to prevent the Coins from being
automatically converted. In addition, certain sections
in Baba's Shop will be closed temporarily.

Regarding the "Dokkan Festival Coin (Global)" and "Carnival
Coin (Global)" that have already been automatically converted,
we are currently determining the best course of action.
