where you can

There is a chance to recruit [Ice Sheet-Melting Power]
Broly (Wrathful), who will show up in the Rising Dragon
Carnival that is available starting from Fri. 9/12 08:00 UTC!
Only SR and SSR characters are available
in the "Rising Dragon Carnival"!
Plus, the SSR summon rate is doubled
compared to usual Dokkan Festivals!
= Regarding the Summon Ticket =
You can use a "Special Summon Ticket 8" to perform
a Single-Summon and 7 "Special Summon Ticket 8"
to perform a Multi-Summon that allows you to recruit
7 characters!
"Special Summon Ticket 8" can be obtained through
the Dokkan Special Day Missions that are available
starting from Mon. 9/15 00:00 UTC!

* If a "Special Summon Ticket 8" is not used during
the event period, it will be rendered obsolete after
the event ends.
* Please note that characters recruited with
Summon Tickets cannot be exchanged for Coins.
* Performing a Multi-Summon will not guarantee
you an SSR character.
* If you cannot see information such as "Dokkan
Awakening", "Category" or "Growth" in the game,
try restarting the application.
* Please note for skills that specify a character name,
it is possible that future characters are also excluded
from the list of applicable characters even if it is not
specified in the skill description.
