Regarding an Issue with the 61st World Tournament

Dear Players,

Thank you for your support of Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle.

The Tournament Points and related progress records
have been cleared. The specific details are as follows:

- Tournament Points have been reset to zero.
- All Tiers have been reset to "Pilaf Tier".
- Related battle records and win streak records
have been cleared.
- Completed missions will remain completed. Please note
that mission rewards that have already been claimed
cannot be claimed again.
- Local Ranking and Overall Ranking have been reset.
- Players who have already viewed the opening animation
will not trigger the animation again.
- Records of suspended games have been cleared.

* If you have a suspended game record from the
61st World Tournament, please select "Cancel".

* If you select "OK", a system message will appear on
the result screen of the interrupted battle. Should you
encounter this situation, please restart the game from
the title screen and you will be able to play normally.

The 61st World Tournament was accessible outside of
its scheduled event period.

This issue has now been fixed. In consideration of fairness,
all Tournament Points obtained during this period and
related progress records will be cleared.

* The status of completed missions will remain unchanged.
However, even if the mission conditions are met again after
the 61st World Tournament officially begins, you will not
receive the mission rewards again.

We will distribute 1 Dragon Stone to all players for this issue.

- Claim Period
Distributed sequentially starting from Mon. 12/8 13:00 UTC
and can be claimed until Mon. 12/22 14:59 UTC.

* The Dragon Stone will be sent directly to your Gift Box.

We will provide an update via this announcement after
the Tournament Points and related progress records
have been cleared.
