Linking Partners & Dokkan Frontier Features

The last couple of days were a busy few! I got to implementing 2 new features for the site: character linking partners and Dokkan Frontier information.

I could explain in full depth what they are and how they work, but checking them out for yourself will probably do a lot better job at that!

DEF 100% and medium chance of sealing all enemies' Super Attacks when there is a "Pure Saiyans" or "Hybrid Saiyans" Category enemy
