Linking Partners & Dokkan Frontier Features

The last couple of days were a busy few! I got to implementing 2 new features for the site: character linking partners and Dokkan Frontier information.

I could explain in full depth what they are and how they work, but checking them out for yourself will probably do a lot better job at that!

Basic effect(s)

Ki +2 and ATK & DEF 200%
All allies' ATK & DEF 30%, plus an additional Ki +2 and ATK & DEF 20% for characters who also belong to the "Planet Namek Saga" Category
Ki +2 and ATK & DEF 40% for the character and allies whose names include "Goku" (Captain Ginyu, Jr., etc. excluded)
