from his 39 years of slumber...
To seek the Super Saiyan God, a figure who
might become his archrival, that he foresaw in
his dream, Beerus arrived at King Kai's Planet
to meet one of the Saiyan survivors.

Goku, who was training on King Kai's Planet,
could not suppress his urge to fight Beerus after
learning that he was the most powerful being
in the universe, and thus proposed a match!
