Regarding an Issue with Certain Characters

The following issue was found with certain characters.

- Affected Characters
[Challenging the Strongest of the Strong]
Goku (Ultra Instinct -Sign-) +
Super Saiyan God SS Evolved Vegeta
* Including the character after Reversible Exchange.

- Details
[Challenging the Strongest of the Strong] Goku
(Ultra Instinct -Sign-) + Super Saiyan God SS
Evolved Vegeta did not count toward Passive Skills,
Active Skills, Unit Super Attacks or other skills
that require "Vegeta" for activation.
* [Challenging the Strongest of the Strong]
Super Saiyan God SS Evolved Vegeta + Goku
(Ultra Instinct -Sign-) still triggered these skills.

In addition, [Challenging the Strongest of the Strong]
Super Saiyan God SS Evolved Vegeta + Goku (Ultra
Instinct -Sign-) did not count toward skills that require
"Goku" for activation.
* [Challenging the Strongest of the Strong] Goku
(Ultra Instinct -Sign-) + Super Saiyan God SS
Evolved Vegeta still triggered these skills.

This issue has been fixed.
